Another thing required is to hit the drop-down menu and change automatic to manual then manually make all the timings and polarity matching among all three screens. Make sure the resolutions and refresh rates are the same but I chose 164hz because if I tried 165Hz it would error saying that resolution already exists. A way that worked for me is to go and make a custom resolution for each of the three screens in the Nvidia control panel. I tried using CRU but I was getting start-up issues where the Nvidia driver doesn't recognize it I guess and I would have to boot in safe mode. I purchased 3 identical 165hz screens but turned out 1 of the 3 is a revised software version so it has a different name and timings, therefore I was locked to 60hz like you. I looked around and saw that perhaps the CRU utility can help me. Only when I try to add the HP monitor to the topology does it downgrade to 60hz. I know the issue is the HP monitor since the two LGs are identical and can do 1x2 surround full 144hz. But since I've switched out to a 3080 TI, Nvidia Surround will only do 60hz. I was able to get the full 144hz with AMD Eyefinity when I used to own a 6900XT. With Nvidia Surround, these 3 monitors should be able to do 7680 x 1440p 144hz.
